Sarah Cortes is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who was selected to partake in an accelerated Physical Therapy program that allowed her to complete her bachelor’s degree while also working towards her doctoral degree. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Biology in 2017 and then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018 from St. Ambrose University.
During her years of experience as a Physical Therapist, she has worked with patients of all ages with orthopedic injuries, acute/chronic pain, and a wide range of neurological and cardiopulmonary diagnoses. In 2021, she completed her certification to implement the LSVT BIG treatment targeted to treat patients in any stage of Parkinson’s Disease. She began working for Orthopaedic Medical Group in 2023.
Sarah is a Chicago native who made the move to Florida in 2022. In her free time, she loves being outside and active with her daughter and dogs.
