IASTM & Graston Certified
Our therapists and athletic trainers are trained in many areas of therapy and recovery. They have extensive training in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) including Graston Techniques. These tools and techniques help our staff to identify tissue dysfunction, improve mobility, and help decrease pain.
Work And Functional Based Therapy
Our staff of dedicated therapists and athletic trainers will work with you to regain your mobility, strength and function, along with balance and stability. These areas of fitness and rehabilitation are key to getting you feeling your best. Walking, climbing, squatting, lifting and running are movement you need to both work and play. Our healthcare professionals will work directly with your doctor to ensure communication and a speedy recovery.

Sport Specific Therapy
OMG PT staff are comprised of physical therapists and athletic trainers who are experienced in working with injured athletes. Several of our athletic trainers have advanced training in exercise performance, injury prevention, and conditioning program design. Our expert staff have the education and tools required to get you back in the game and performing at your best! We can perform Functional Movement Screens (FMS) and tailor a specific corrective exercise program to maximize your recovery.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling involves the insertion of a monofilament needle as thin as a strand of hair. These are the same needles used by acupuncturists. Superficial dry needling, usually performed by acupuncturists, involves needles being placed into, but not beyond, the subcutaneous tissue approximately 10mm. Deep dry needling, used by Physical Therapists, involves the needles being placed beyond the subcutaneous tissue.
